My favorite place is honestly just H&M... I go to the ones on Queen St, Mongkok and Silvercord.
There are other places around Mongkok and TST like Ladies Market (for nice bags), Argyle Centre and the one next to it but the stuff there's really hit or miss. The smaller shopping malls around Sogo are not too bad either...
For designer stuff IFC mall, Lane Crawford, I.T, Joyce... And there's also a I.T designer outlet at Silvercord that sells previous seasons, and more designer discount outlets over at Ap Lei Chau island.
Just google around and get more information, it's very easy to find shopping places from guides and sites.
